What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floater position at Amari Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop?
Reporting to the company’s General Manager and Assistant General Manager, the Floater is responsible for overseeing table maintenance, maintaining the flow of service, bussing and resetting tables and assisting the servers in the dining room. Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and ensure smooth service operations and quality service. This role will work to ensure standard operating procedures, best people practices and compliance, and service standards are consistently met at all properties.
