Your Impact as an Interim Administrator
In this role, you will:
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Oversee the total operation of an assigned nursing home, ensuring adherence to company policies, Standards of Operations, and all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Lead Facility Operations: Implement corporate initiatives and develop facility policies to maintain high-quality resident services and business objectives.
- Manage Staffing & Recruitment: Recruit, orient, and retain competent and professional staff, fostering a productive work environment.
- Oversee Business Functions: Ensure proper management of admissions, payables, receivables, payroll, and office operations to maintain financial efficiency.
- Drive Marketing & Community Engagement: Market facility services to families, healthcare professionals, and community resources to support census growth.
- Facilitate Team Collaboration: Build and lead an interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth daily operations and quality resident care.
- Develop Staff Training Programs: Initiate and maintain ongoing staff development programs to enhance skills and regulatory compliance.
- Support Resident Well-Being: Ensure implementation of therapeutic, recreational, and rehabilitative programs that meet residents' social and activity needs.
- Maintain Nutritional Standards: Assure that residents' dietary needs are met in compliance with state and federal requirements.
What Makes You a Great Fit
We’re seeking someone who:
- Holds a current Nursing Home Administrator License from the applicable state agency.
- Has a strong understanding of nursing home regulations and the ability to manage all aspects of state and federal survey processes.
- Demonstrates exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Possesses strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, expense control, and revenue enhancement through marketing and management of special care programs.
- Can adapt quickly to new environments and effectively stabilize operations during interim leadership periods.
- Has a genuine passion for serving the elderly and disabled individuals.
- Can comply with the Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all safety policies and procedures.
- Is available to travel to different facilities as needed based on interim assignments.
