Job description
Boarding and daycare resort looking for a night owl who loves caring for dogs, this is the perfect job for you!! Previous experience working with animals will be highly regarded. A genuine love of dogs is a MUST. Manage time well and have concern for each dog's well-being. Shift hours: 9:00pm - 3:00am. .
Responsibilities include:
As an overnight caregiver: cleaning duties, setting up suites for occupancy for the next day, supervising potty sessions, feeding, and handling dogs.
This position requires working during non-operating lobby hours and as the only team member during this shift. Shifts will will include weekends and holidays.
Analyze and regularly monitor the dogs for stress, behavioral, and health issues to ensure safety of the dogs
Perform all tasks necessary to maintain the health and welfare of the fur babies.
- Experience with dogs preferred
- Must love dogs and great with people
- Must have good work ethic
- Must have cell phone
- Must have a car and be reliable
- Must have open availability/ability to work weekends
- Must have 4-8 references
- Availability on busy holidays and peak times including but not limited to: Christmas Day, New Year’s Day and Fourth of July!
