Wearhouse Manager

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee parts ordering, inventory management, and system operations to keep our shop running efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and track inventory of parts and supplies.
• Order and restock bearings, sprockets, pumps, gearboxes, and other components.
• Work within our inventory system to monitor stock levels and incoming parts.
• Follow up on orders and ensure timely deliveries.
• Organize and maintain a clean and efficient warehouse space.
• Collaborate with technicians and shop staff to fulfill part requests.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and inventory levels.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or inventory management experience is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with industrial parts (bearings, sprockets, pumps, gearboxes) is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to use or learn inventory management software.
• Reliable and self-motivated with good communication skills.
