Job Duties:
- Provide quality customer service and work towards the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Amarillo National Bank.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support.
- Assist the operations manager in providing fast and efficient customer service.
- Assist the operations manager in duties. Act as primary back-up in absence of the supervisor.
- Distribute all specials and handle each customer in a professional manner.
- Relieve all tellers.
- Work with employees and help them with all problems, balancing tellers.
Qualifications
Requirements:
High school education or equivalent is preferred, work experience may be substituted. Must be able to count and handle large amounts of money accurately. Knowledge of various business machines 10-key, currency counters, etc. is helpful. Previous teller experience of 1-2 years is necessary, and 1-2 years’ supervisory experience preferred. Ability to act independently and handle customer problems/complaints is important. Must have neat and professional appearance.
