Asset Management Real Estate Director

This is an IN-PERSON, IN-OFFICE position located in Amarillo, TX.

Job Duties: Provide quality customer service and work towards the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Amarillo National Bank. Maintain a positive attitude and provide team oversight and support. Make marketing calls on existing customers, as well as potential customers. Responsible for over-sight of all AMD R/E properties and management of AMD R/E personnel. Supervise and assist with all phases of R/E activities. Negotiation and oversight of all types of R/E leases and contracts including residential, agricultural, and commercial. Budget oversight and preparation for the R/E department.

Requirements: Highly energetic and motivated professional sought for the position. Bachelor’s degree in a business or agriculture related field, 5 years’ experience in a real estate or agriculture related field preferred. Must have good communication skills, both written and oral. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with customers and all levels of management. Must be a detail-oriented critical thinker with good problem solving and negotiation skills. Comprehension of agricultural leases, real estate contracts, insurance documents, ad valorem tax statements, and mortgage source documents. Computer skills include but are not limited to: Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, accounting software, real estate management software, and digital document vault software. Ability to create and maintain good Bank image in dealing with the public, both business and non-business contacts.
