Job Duties: Provide quality customer service and work towards the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Amarillo National Bank.
Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support.
Assist the Teller Manager in providing fast and efficient customer service.
Assist the Teller manager in duties. Act as primary back-up in absence of the supervisor.
Distribute all specials and handle each customer in a professional manner.
Relieve all tellers.
Work with employees and help them with all problems, balancing tellers.
Understands bank policy and procedures to ensure customers and bank are protected.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent is preferred, work experience may be substituted. Must be able to count and handle large amounts of money accurately. Must be able to work professionally with customers and tellers, along with other Branch team members. Knowledge of various business machines 10-key, currency counters, cash dispensers, etc. is helpful. Previous teller experience of 1-2 years is necessary, and 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred. Ability to act independently and handle customer problems/complaints is important. Must have neat and professional appearance.

Pay: $16.80 - $20.00 per hour

- Weekends as needed
