At Amaris, we strive to provide our candidates with the best possible recruitment experience. We like to get to know our candidates, challenge them, and be able to give them proper feedback as quickly as possible. Here's what our recruitment process looks like:

Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

As you know, every person is different and so is every role in a company. That is why we have to adapt accordingly, and the process may differ slightly at times. However, please know that we always put ourselves in the candidate's shoes to ensure they have the best possible experience.
We look forward to meeting you!

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Integration Solution Architect to join our team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to design enterprise-wide integration architectures that enable seamless connectivity across our digital ecosystem. You will drive the transformation from traditional file-based integrations to modern API and event-driven architectures, establishing patterns and frameworks that promote reusability, decoupling, scalability, and business agility.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Architect core integration framework that standardizes connectivity approaches.
  • Lead the modernization of our API and integration toolset, evaluating emerging technologies and recommending strategic investments that enhance our integration capabilities.

  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into scalable, future-proof architectural solutions.
  • Mentor and guide teams on integration best practices, patterns, and technologies to build their capabilities and ensure consistent implementation.
  • Continuously evaluate the integration landscape to identify opportunities for consolidation, optimization, and innovation that drive business value.

Key Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in enterprise integration patterns, API design, event-driven architecture, and microservices.
  • Extensive experience with integration platforms such as TIBCO BusinessWorks, MuleSoft, Informatica Cloud, or similar technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise messaging systems (e.g., TIBCO EMS, RabbitMQ) and event streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka).
  • Proficiency with API gateways and API security standards.
  • Knowledge of enterprise file transfer solutions like Axway TransferCFT and related protocols.
  • Experience integrating cloud services and platforms, particularly AWS data services (S3, Lambda, Glue).
  • Understanding of data integration patterns, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipeline architectures.
  • Working knowledge of Python and other scripting languages for integration development.
  • Understanding of integration security patterns, authentication mechanisms, and data protection requirements.

Soft Skills:

  • Experience guiding cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical requirements into business value.
  • Strong track record of working effectively with fellow architects, platform experts, and development teams to drive integration initiatives.
  • Pragmatic approach to addressing complex integration challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of integration excellence.

Preferred Skills:
