In this role, you will be responsible for managing project schedules, scope, quality, and customer satisfaction within the APAC region while ensuring adherence to global IT PMO governance and compliance standards. You will apply IT project management methodologies and frameworks using established project standards to drive successful project delivery.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our APAC Customer Experience Platform (CXP) program. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project schedules, scope, quality, and customer satisfaction within the APAC region while ensuring adherence to global IT PMO governance and compliance standards. You will apply IT project management methodologies and frameworks using established project standards to drive successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of the APAC CXP program in planned cycle releases.
- Conduct comprehensive planning, documentation, and presentation of project status, including risk and issue management, release quality monitoring, and control.
- Collaborate with the regional CX team, global CXP Program team, Global IT PMO, and vendor partners to ensure successful delivery of committed cycle releases.
- Uphold and ensure compliance with global IT PMO governance standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within customer experience platforms and/or the commercial industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and operate with urgency.
- Project Management Accreditation (APMP, PMI, Prince2) or equivalent preferred.
- 5-8 years of project management experience in a large multi-unit global organization.
- 3-5 years of experience overseeing large-scale projects, global teams, project managers, and application leads.
- Proficient in structured project management methodologies, including agile SDLC methods.
- Experience in organizational change management with a proven ability to establish process standardization and drive accountability through compliance and governance.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- A servant leadership approach to help achieve project outcomes and meet customer needs.
- Native Korean proficiency in both written and verbal communication is mandatory; along with strong written and verbal English skills.
