Position Overview:
We seek a Non-Skilled Home Care Manager to join our team in Aurora, Colorado. This role is essential in overseeing the daily operations of our home care services, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a strong commitment to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise non-skilled home care staff, including caregivers and support personnel.
Coordinate and schedule care services for clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Conduct regular assessments of client care plans and make necessary adjustments in collaboration with families and staff.
Provide training and support to caregivers to enhance their skills and ensure compliance with agency policies.
Maintain accurate records of client care and staff performance.
Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for in-home care services.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or management is a plus.
Previous experience in home care or healthcare management is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
2 years experience with CareSmartz360
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
