Job Description:
The Vice President, Digital Marketing will oversee the development and execution of Amaro Law Firm’s digital marketing strategy at a strategic and leadership level. The Vice President, Digital Marketing will manage and mentor the digital marketing team, oversee campaigns across digital channels (SEM, SEO, email, analytics, website, etc.), and ensure alignment with business objectives and goals. The Vice President, Digital Marketing will focus on driving overall marketing performance, business growth, and implementing data-driven decisions while continuously optimizing digital initiatives.

- Paid Media and Search Engine Marketing Oversight
- SEO Strategy and Leadership
- Website Development including UI/UX
- Email Marketing and Marketing Automation Strategy (CRM Management)
- Analytics and Insights
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience; 7 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ad Words, and other tools to be successful in this role.
- Strong collaborative skills, with experience managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing digital marketing teams.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and partnership, including contract. negotiations and performance evaluation to drive campaigns success and brand growth.
- Expert in developing and overseeing multichannel, digital, marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Skilled in setting and managing digital marketing budgets.
- Extensive experience in digital marketing strategy and leadership, with a focus on driving business growth through SEM, SEO, paid media, and content marketing.
- Knowledge on web design and development procedures and best practices.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong experience using data driven approach, using analytics tools.
