Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience as a bartender
- Ability to shake, stir and properly strain different types of cocktails.
- Able to maintain quality and speed at peak volume hours.
- Exceptional knowledge of wine, spirits, classic cocktails and beer.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to effectively listen to and respond to guests needs
- Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently
