Join our amazing team! We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. This part-time role has an immediate start date, and is designed for someone who would like towork on weekday afternoons in a clinic setting, with the option to increase your caseload by adding Saturday clinic hours. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families.

We specialize in a comprehensive range of services, including occupational therapy, physical therapy and speech and language therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals birth to 18 years of age. Job Summary :
- Provide direct therapy services to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, physical therapists, speech therapists and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in family and caregiver education to support patient progress and generalization of skills.
- Engage in regular supervisory meetings and feedback sessions to enhance clinical skills and professional development.
- Contribute to team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in occupational therapy.
