Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Tire and Lube Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire services, and basic inspections on site vehicles. The ideal candidate should have experience in automotive services, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements
- Inspect, rotate, mount, and balance tires
- Check and maintain proper tire pressure
- Conduct vehicle inspections and report any necessary repairs
- Replace air filters, wiper blades, and other minor automotive parts
- Ensure work areas are clean and organized
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate findings to customers and team members
- Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience in tire and lube services preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
