COME JOIN THE AMATECH TEAM!! We are hiring a Production Supervisor for our Columbus, OH, 1st shift production floor.
Amatech, Inc. Columbus, OH facility, seeks a reliable, organized, self-motivated 1st Shift Supervisor. This will be a full-time position with overtime. In this position, you will manage our fast-paced production teams. A positive attitude, attention to detail, shop math, 2D and 3D drawing and print knowledge , and previous supervisory experience are required. 3-axis CNC programming and operation skills are a plus.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Lead support staff and production team following daily shift schedules.
- Train current and new staff on various production processes.
- Perform quality and labor efficiency checks during the shift.
- Build basic jigs and fixtures required for production.
- Monitor and maintain production equipment as required.
- Monitor some email and phone communications during the shift.
This position will require testing, such as shop math with tape measure and computer knowledge. Amatech is a drug-free company, and pre-employment screening is required.
