What will you be doing?
- Operate and maintain metal printing and cutting equipment: Mimaki flatbed printer, HP flatbed printer, Kern laser cutter, and Timesaver refinishing machines. Train from the ground up to learn how to produce products and components to specifications.
- Select appropriate materials to use in production per setup instructions.
- Monitor machine performance during the printing or machining processes. Perform preventive maintenance and clean machines.
- Identify component defects and take corrective action to solve the problem.
Requirements:
- 2 year’s work experience that required attention to detail. Prefer experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic PC skills required.
- Ability to learn how to read and interpret blueprints and other product specification documents in English. Experience here a plus.
- Demonstrate strong problem solving skills.
- Good knowledge of hand tools.
- Lift 25 lbs. regularly.
- Strong organization skills and ability to work independently.
- Dependable – reliably arrive at 6:00 am ready to work.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
