What will you be doing?
- Utilizing your expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues across a diverse range of our industrial training equipment, spanning electrical, automation, mechanical, and HVAC-R systems.
- Providing technical support to customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Installing Amatrol systems training systems, contributing to the expansion of our global footprint.
- Participating in product testing and assisting in the development of new solutions.
- Collaborate within a team environment, pooling your collective expertise to swiftly address customer concerns and deliver effective solutions.
What do you need to be considered for the job?
- A solid foundation in troubleshooting electrical industrial products, whether gained through hands-on experience, certifications, or relevant degrees. Proficiency with PLCs, robotics, fluid power, TCP/IP networking, and refrigeration/HVAC systems is advantageous.
- An associate's degree in engineering, IT technologies, or equivalent practical experience. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the year to various domestic and international locations. With operations in over 60 countries and still expanding, the opportunity for global exploration awaits!
- Strong mechanical aptitude coupled with the ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications to effectively communicate and document your work.
