We are seeking a Personal Attendant Caregiver to join our team! You will provide personal assistance and / or health related services to patients / clients in their homes, provide a safe and clean environment, work cooperatively with patient / client and family and report observations to the Supervisor. You will also provide housekeeping services to the patient / client in their home.
Responsibilities :
- Promote positive, supportive and respectful communication to the patient / client and family and Agency Personnel
- Provide an environment that promotes respect for the patient's / client's privacy and property
- Provide personal assistance or health-related tasks to patient / client according to the ISP
- Appropriately report changes to ensure continuity of care
- Practice accepted infection control principles
- Utilize skills necessary to perform services according to the Agency's policy
- Provide general housekeeping activities as request by client / family for a clean, safe and comfortable environment
