Position Overview : As a Kitchen Support Person, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations during our daytime shift. You will be responsible for baking, food preparation, and ensuring that all products meet our high-quality standards. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a love for food.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the baking process, following recipes and guidelines.
- Prepare ingredients and ensure everything is ready for the next day's production.
- Monitor and check the quality of baked goods and other food products.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
