We are seeking a highly skilled Adolescent Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based interventions to adolescents (ages 5-17) in an inpatient setting. Your key responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and educating patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options. We require an MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency program, board certification or eligibility in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, and active and unrestricted Maryland medical license. A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting is preferred.
