Salary Range: $99,000 - $138,000

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assistant Nurse Manager Perioperativeto join the nursing team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive leadership and support in the perioperative setting, ensuring a safe, supportive, and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management and supervision of perioperative nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with established protocols, policies, and best practices.
• Oversee patient care activities and coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Provide direct nursing care as needed in the perioperative setting.
• Support staff education and development initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and quality of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Delaware or compact state eligibility.
• BSN required; MSN or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in perioperative nursing required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
