Job Summary : We are seeking dedicated and skilled ARNPs specializing in Chronic Pain Management to join the team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to patients experiencing chronic pain, demonstrating expertise in pain management practices and ensuring a safe, supportive, and healing environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver direct nursing care to patients with chronic pain in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures while monitoring patient responses.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic patient care.
