Job Summary : We are seeking dedicated and skilled Laboratory Managers to join the team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring accurate and timely test results, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and supervise laboratory staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of laboratory protocols and quality control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Develop and manage the laboratory budget, including purchasing and inventory management.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to support patient care and improve laboratory services.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of laboratory activities.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
