Salary Range : $133,000 - $166,000

Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and skilled NP / PA to join the surgical oncology team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing surgical oncology treatment, demonstrating expertise in oncology practices and ensuring a safe, supportive, and healing environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver direct care to surgical oncology patients in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Assist in surgical procedures and provide pre- and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on pre- and post-operative care, treatment plans, and follow-up needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
