Key Responsibilities of Behavior Technician (BT):
- Collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to implement ABA therapy principles and procedures.
- Deliver 1:1 instruction consistent with best practices in ABA therapy.
- Collect and log detailed behavior and skill acquisition data accurately during sessions.
- Review behavior plans and instructional materials developed by BCBAs for patients.
- Complete daily progress notes related to the intervention plan implementation.
- Participate in ongoing training and education opportunities to grow within the role.
