Registered Behavior Technician
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for the day-to-day execution of a behavioral health plan. This can include things like interviewing children, conducting follow-ups, and collecting data in collaboration with a BCBA. They must also interact directly with clients and administer behavioral health planning.
Requirements of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
- Current active certification from the BACB certification board
Some other important duties for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) include:
- A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will be working with children with Autism and on the spectrum
- A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will be participating in counseling sessions and meetings
