Benefits Analyst

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Benefits Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our operations run smoothly by managing and analyzing benefit programs and policies. Your insights will help guide strategic decisions and improve patient experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing and evaluating individual and group insurance benefits plans to ensure coverage meets organizational needs
• Working with vendors and partners to ensure optimal benefit offerings for patients
• Providing insights regarding trends in benefits utilization and recommending adjustments to align with patient and organizational needs
• Collaborating with the finance and accounting teams to ensure precise reporting of benefits costs and utilization metrics
• Staying updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to maintain compliance
• Preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders on benefits performance and recommendations for upgrades
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in benefits administration, analytics, or related field within a healthcare or insurance environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on findings
• Proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools, with intermediate skills in reporting
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations and benefit structures
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to work effectively with various teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  
  

The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000/year, depending on experience.
