We're seeking talented individuals who hold an active license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Puerto Rico. To be qualified, candidates will live in Puerto Rico, Florida, Texas, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Missouri, Illinois or Colorado. While the initial focus of the position will be to support our growing patient population in Puerto Rico, team members will also support patients across the United States. Amaze is in all 50 states and US Territories. If you are not multi-state licensed, we will work to obtain licenses in other states where Amaze has large patient populations.
