Role: AI/ML Project Manager
Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite/Hybrid)
Duration: Open for C2C/FTE
JD:
- 10 Years of Experience in AI/ML related project with good analytical, design and troubleshooting skills.
- Last 5-7 years in technical project manager role with good communication, leadership, customer & team management skills
- 5 years of relevant hands-on experience on both traditional ML and Deep Learning Implemented use cases involving complex Gen AI and AI usage advanced RAG, finetuning, optimization, agentic approaches
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
- Performing requirements analysis
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Good understanding in both SDLC and agile methodologies
