Logistics and Lab Engineer: Role 1
Job Description:
Wi-Fi testing, networking concepts(Routing, Ethernet, Switches)
Lab management experience - Troubleshooting, Hardware, software integration, procurement, shipment, Item intake, Talking to vendors
Preferably someone who has experience with Spirent, Candela or precric
Junior QA WIFI: Role 2
Job Description:
Strong understanding of 802.11 Wi-Fi standards, RF fundamentals, and wireless security protocols.
Experience working with Wi-Fi routers, extenders, and mesh networking solutions.
Experience working with band steering and cloud managed Wi-Fi solution.
Experience working with roaming protocols like 802.11 KVR and AP/Extender configuration.
Proficiency in network debugging, packet analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to details
Experience with test automation using Python, shell scripting or similar tools.
Experience with industry standard Wi-Fi test tools like Veri wave, IXIA Chariot, Alethea, Spirent and packet debuggers like Wireshark and Omni peek.
Experience in developing test strategies and executing it with automation or manual testing
Basic knowledge of networking protocols like TCP/IP, DHCP, RADIUS etc.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop and execute test plans for Wifi routers, extenders, and mesh networking solutions.
Perform functional, performance and stress testing to evaluate Wi-Fi range, throughput, and reliability
Perform Wi-Fi roaming performance using 802.11k and 802.11v to ensure seamless handoff between devices
Test and analyze the Wi-Fi extenders for coverage optimization, latency and backhaul performance.
Utilize Wi-Fi testing tools (Wireshark, iperf, etc.) to capture and analyze network performance
stay updated with Wifi6/6E/7 advancements and integrate best practices into test strategies.
Junior WiFi Engineer: Role 3
Job Description:
Basic Wi-Fi technologies, RF fundamentals, networking concepts(IP addressing, VLANs, DHCP etc.)
Passion for learning.
Strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork
Any networking certification is preferred(like Certified wireless network administration(CWNA)) but not required
Release Triage Engineer: Role 4
Job Description:
Triage RDK-B, WIFI/Mesh, and issues related to various access network technologies.
Analyze logs (ELK/Splunk), network data, and system dumps.
Participate in release validation and monitoring.
Apply scripting for automation.
Perform data analysis using RDKB Telemetry based data/metrics/dashboard.
Debug Linux system-level issues.
Job Responsibilities:
Proven experience with RDK-B or a similar platform.
Strong knowledge of WIFI/Mesh technologies.
Experience with at least one access network technology (DOCSIS, Fiber, LTE, or similar).
Outstanding Linux system-level debugging skills.
Proficient in network troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with ELK/Splunk.
Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in C/C , Shell scripting, Python, AWS.
Experience with SQL and/or Amazon Athena.
Strong data analysis skills.
Familiarity with dashboarding and visualization tools (Kibana, Grafana, or similar).
Senior Level Embedded Engineer: Role 5
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize software for Linux OS-based hardware devices, focusing on Wi-Fi routers.
Implement and maintain networking protocols, ensuring flawless operation and high performance.
Design and implement firewall and security features to protect network infrastructure.
Debug and resolve issues within the Linux kernel, applying your extensive experience in debugging.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and successfully implement robust networking solutions.
Must-Have:
Proficiency in C/C and Shell scripting.
Extensive experience with embedded systems and programming, particularly for Linux OS-based hardware devices.
Deep understanding of networking protocols.
Strong knowledge of firewall and security principles.
Hands-on Linux kernel debugging experience.
Good to Have:
Gateway connectivity knowledge.
Experience with Linux kernel development.
Familiarity with Wi-Fi technologies.
