Job Summary: Client need Any POS Candidate who can support on with .NET Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day technical support for POS systems used at Client's retail locations.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues related to the POS systems.
Configure and maintain POS terminals, peripherals, and related equipment.
Assist with software updates, patch management, and system configurations to ensure up-to-date security and functionality.
Collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests related to POS systems.
Document issues, resolutions, and updates in the ticketing system.
Provide training to retail staff on the usage and troubleshooting of POS systems.
Perform regular audits of POS system performance and recommend improvements or optimizations.
Support the integration of POS systems with other enterprise solutions like inventory management and payment gateways.
Monitor POS system compliance with industry standards and security policies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
4 to 6 years of experience in Microsoft POS support or related IT support roles.
Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft POS systems.
Experience with hardware peripherals such as printers, scanners, and card readers.
Familiarity with retail operations, workflows, and associated technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to train and assist end-users.
Knowledge of ITIL best practices is a plus.
4 to 6 years of experience in Microsoft POS support or related IT support roles.
