Role: Data Engineer with Azure
Location: NYC, NY (Hybrid)
Duration: Contract W2
JD:
Minimum of 10 years IT experience.
Someone who has extensively worked on Data shares in Azure
Provide solution on Iceberg data share, external client connects to Azure data share
Data share with Azure data lake, one lake
MS Fabric OR MS Purview understanding as well as Azure whole end to end eco system
Strong with Data extraction and distribution
Hands on experience with Authentication to access these data shares (Identify Provider, Federation model, OpenID connect)
Strong experience in SQL/Unix/Python scripting and database design principles.
Architecting scalable and efficient data models and ensuring seamless integration with various data sources.
Strong experience in providing data security and performance tuning.
Strong understanding of RBAC and other authorization mechanism.
Strong experience in database migrations from relational and non-relational databases.
Should be able to troubleshoot problems across infrastructure, platform, and application domains.
Proven experience in leading data architecture projects and providing technical guidance
