Job Title: Data Scientist

Duration: 12 Months (Long Term Possible)
Pay Rate: $60 on Contract W2 or 1099
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Data Scientist to lead the development and deployment of AI/ML models that solve complex business challenges and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning and AI models.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI/ML solutions with business goals.
- Mentor junior data scientists and share expertise on best practices.
- Stay current with the latest AI/ML techniques and apply them to real-world problems.
- Communicate technical results and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in data science, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
- Strong background in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and model evaluation.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and deploying models to production.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
