Overview

We are looking for a skilled and driven Full Stack Java Developer to become a part of our fast-paced, innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for the complete software development lifecycle, working on both front-end and back-end components of web applications. You will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver robust and scalable solutions tailored to our clients' requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise across multiple programming languages and frameworks, along with experience in Agile development environments and a passion for continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using modern frameworks such as React (for front-end) and Express (for back-end).
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to transform design prototypes into responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in multiple programming languages including C#, Python, C , and VBA.
• Manage back-end server logic, APIs, and databases leveraging .NET technologies to ensure seamless application functionality.
• Optimize application performance and ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and bugs to improve system efficiency.
• Continuously stay up-to-date with evolving technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, applying new knowledge to improve processes and product offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing Azure cloud services, including deployment, configuration, and monitoring.
• Solid understanding of core software development principles, design patterns, and development best practices.
• Hands-on experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies, with a focus on iterative and incremental development.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts, including networking, cloud architecture, and security.
• Strong ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team environment, while also being capable of working independently when required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
