Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Developer to design and develop intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, front-end development, and modern UI/UX frameworks. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and interface design.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Interface Design: Create responsive and aesthetically pleasing UI designs that enhance user experience across web and mobile platforms.
• User Experience Optimization: Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and implement UX best practices to improve application usability.
• Front-End Development: Develop and maintain interactive web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Prototyping & Wireframing: Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to align UI/UX goals with business requirements.
• Usability Testing & Feedback Implementation: Conduct A/B testing, user testing, and usability analysis to refine and enhance the user experience.
• Design System & Style Guide Maintenance: Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency in branding, typography, and color schemes.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure fast load times, accessibility compliance, and seamless user interactions across all devices and browsers.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: 15 years of experience in UI/UX development and design.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Design Expertise: Hands-on experience with UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Photoshop.
• Responsive & Adaptive Design: Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
• User Research & Testing: Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, and user research methodologies.
• Problem-Solving & Creativity: Strong analytical thinking with an eye for detail and a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences.
• Communication & Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and product teams.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CSS pre-processors (SASS/LESS).
• Familiarity with UI animation libraries and micro-interaction design.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Basic knowledge of back-end technologies (Node.js, APIs) for better integration.
