Role Overview
As a Senior Python Developer, your mission will be to:
- Spearhead the design and development of scalable, high-performing systems using Python.

- Stay attuned to the latest technologies to ensure our platforms lead the pack.
Key Responsibilities
- Software Development: Architect, develop, and maintain Python-driven applications, APIs, and microservices.
- Leadership: Conduct code reviews, set technical direction, and encourage team development.
- Architecture: Create secure, scalable, and maintainable system architectures.
- Problem-Solving: Devise creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps, product, and data teams for seamless project delivery.
- Documentation: Ensure detailed documentation of systems, processes, and code.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
- 15 years in software development, with a minimum of 10 years specializing in Python.
- Expertise in Python frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with both relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB/Redis) databases.
- Hands-on work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Exposure to front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks.
- Active participation in open-source projects or developer communities.
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum workflows.
