Maintain 96% coding accuracy
Technical Skills:
Code various radiology modalities
Specialize in X-ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound
Use coding software and billing systems
Professional Competencies:
Communicate with insurance companies
Collaborate with billing departments
Resolve documentation issues
Stay updated on medical coding guidelines
Key Performance Metrics:
Code 4,500 reports monthly
Maintain high productivity
Ensure timely bill satisfaction
Compliance Requirements:
Follow Medicare/Medicaid regulations
Adhere to federal coding standards
Maintain patient confidentiality
Continuous Development:
Attend professional conferences
Participate in coding team meetings
Learn emerging radiology technologies
