We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a preschool sports coach. Our program focuses on developing motor skills, coordination, and teamwork in children aged 2-6 through sports and physical activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and instruct engaging classes in our programs, promoting physical and emotional development in young children.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging participation and teamwork among young athletes.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with parents/guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involvement.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Schedule and coordinate classes, maintaining a smooth and efficient operation.
Qualifications
- A passion for working with young children and a strong commitment to their development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and parents/guardians.
