Position Overview: As a Youth Sports Instructor at Amazing Athletes/Soccer Stars, you will have the opportunity to mentor and educate children ages 1 and up in a variety of sports. Your passion for sports and working with kids will be crucial in delivering high-quality instruction and creating a positive environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging sports classes for children, focusing on skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and FUN.
- Instruct participants on basic techniques and rules of various sports including soccer, basketball, baseball, and more.
- Implement provided age-appropriate drills and activities that promote physical fitness and motor skills.
- Provide encouragement and constructive feedback to youth athletes to enhance their skill levels and confidence.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for all participants.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to promote Amazing Athletes values and mission.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and experiences.

- A genuine passion for sports, physical fitness, and working with children.
- Previous experience in coaching, teaching, or instructing children in sports is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with children and parents.
- Ability to create a fun, engaging, and instructional atmosphere for youth participants.
- Strong organizational skills to plan and execute classes effectively.
- Reliable, professional, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- U.S. Soccer license or related sports certifications a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
*Compensation*
- Starting pay: $18 per hour, with potential increases based on experience and skills.
- Commissions and bonuses available for selling or successfully referring additional locations, schools, players, coaches, etc.
