Summary
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk and Collections Specialist to join our dedicated team at PIC Home Pros LLC. This role is crucial in managing our revenue cycle and ensuring timely collections, contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding service to homeowners across the region.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including finance deals, invoicing and payment tracking.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate reporting of revenue.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding outstanding balances and payment terms.
- Assist in the overall customer service experience including answering the phones, email communication and task followups.
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles.
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle management and debits/credits.
- Familiarity with CRM and accounting software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service phone skills.
- Ownership mindset and willing to do what is necessary for the team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
