Role: Retail Brand Ambassador
Location: Retail Impact Showrooms throughout New England
Overview: Bath Flip is seeking energetic and dependable Retail Staff to engage, assist and set in-home appointments with homeowners. As part of our team you will be providing general information about our products and services.
We offer a flexible part & fulltime schedules and accept entry-level candidates.
- Shifts average 4-10 hours long and fall between the hours of 9:30am to 8:30pm
- Earn $20 - $35 per hour depending on performance
Job Duties: A brief paid training is provided and continued support as needed:
- Welcome shoppers, engage with a purpose and set in-home appointments
- Assist with any questions and collect pertinent information
- Offer company support and manage lines efficiently
- Ensure space organization and monitor assigned areas
- Rotate between stores
Qualifications:
- Must be well-spoken, friendly and possess exceptional customer service skills
- Must have an engaging personality and the ability to turn a no to a yes
Advancement Opportunities: Successful candidates may be considered for team lead and management roles within this retail program.
