Overview
We are looking for an Installation Manager with an "ownership" mindset to join our team at Bath Flip in New England. As the Installation Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the installation process of our bathroom products, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bath remodeling and plumbing services. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Perform site and service visits as needed
- High priority maximized scheduling for optimum cash flow
- Review contracts with reps and production staff
- Procurement: Order and maintain all necessary materials in a timely fashion
- Manage and improve warehouse incoming orders for efficiency and accountability
- Leadership: Work closely with installers to coach, correct, direct and reward as a leader
- Work long hours to maximize the quality of work and efficiency
- Staging Oversight: Prepare/gather product together for installers
- Assist Installers issues during installation including meeting at job sites
- QA on installers efficiency and job total time to complete
Requirements
- Proven experience in bath remodeling.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing teams in a field service environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
