Installation Manager

Responsibilities
Hire, lead and supervise installation teams to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
Coordinate installation schedules and allocate resources effectively.
Train and mentor team members on best practices in installation techniques and safety protocols.

Overview
We are looking for an Installation Manager with an "ownership" mindset to join our team at Bath Flip in New England. As the Installation Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the installation process of our bathroom products, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bath remodeling and plumbing services. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

• Perform site and service visits as needed
• High priority maximized scheduling for optimum cash flow
• Review contracts with reps and production staff
• Procurement: Order and maintain all necessary materials in a timely fashion
• Manage and improve warehouse incoming orders for efficiency and accountability
• Leadership: Work closely with installers to coach, correct, direct and reward as a leader
• Work long hours to maximize the quality of work and efficiency
• Staging Oversight: Prepare/gather product together for installers
• Assist Installers issues during installation including meeting at job sites
• QA on installers efficiency and job total time to complete

Requirements
- Proven experience in bath remodeling.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing teams in a field service environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $76,217.00 - $100,776.00 per year

• Construction: 7 years (Preferred)
