Schedule :Role Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team in (SLC / UT) County. The Clinical Manager will assist the Director of Nursing Services (DON) with the day-to-day operations of all clinical services. This includes supporting the quality assurance program, educating staff in all aspects of home health statutes and administrative rules, alongside supervision of all field staff under their responsibility.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervision of clinical field staff alongside supporting day to day operations
- Leading quality assurance program for all clinical services
- Ability to learn, assimilate and apply principles of current health care practice
- Implementation of administrative policies / procedures relating to Agency activities
- Oversee completion and accuracy of 485 and Oasis
- Collaborating with recruitment, in interview and hiring process
- Training of new clinical staff including orientation, skills training
- Education and mentoring of medical staff (Training / Performance Review)
- Assist field staff with supervisory and open client visits (as needed)
- Complete all new / ongoing PAR and Authorization requests (as needed)
- Current State of Utah License as a Registered Nurse
- Valid CPR Certification, accreditation through American Heart Association
- Minimum of two years' administrative experience (home health preferred)
- Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a health-related field
- Previous case management, charge nurse, educator experience (encouraged)
- Knowledge of agency policies, State, and Medicaid / Medicare regulations
- Previous clinical experience working with mixed populations of peds / adults
- Previous experience with Microsoft Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Valid drivers license
