Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 Per Routine Visit
With a Pay Range of $70.00 - $85.00 Per Visit, you could make:
- Full-Time (26-35 visits per week) = $94,640 to $154,700 annually
- Part Time (10-20 visits per week) = $36,400 to $88,400 annually
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist with experience in their role to join our team in Broomfield. In this role, you will assess clients' needs and develop treatment plans to improve their physical function and mobility. You will provide therapy and document progress to ensure comprehensive care. In this role you will have ample opportunity to build a diverse caseload working with a mixed population of both adults and pediatric!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to assess clients' physical, emotional, and developmental needs
- Develop personalized treatment plans to improve clients' physical function and mobility
- Provide therapy to enhance clients' ability to perform daily activities
- Educate clients and families on home exercise programs and adaptive equipment
- Document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Colorado
- Experience in home health or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with diverse client needs
