Pay : $75-$90 per visit with mileage reimbursement (dependent on distance willing to drive between clinics)
Schedule :
- RPN- Part-Time
- Hours / Days-M-F
- Weekends? As needed, not normally
- How many hours expected to work per week? 1-5 per week
Role Overview :
We are seeking a motivated MSW with experience in home health care to join our team in Colorado. In this role, you will provide MSW services to our medically fragile patient population across the front range. This includes both adults and pediatric clients and their families.
