Pay: $23.00-$25.00

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:30am-5:00pm on call rotation-1 week every 4 weeks for after hours/weekends
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Scheduling Coordinator with experience in Health Care to join our team in Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating, maintaining, and updating all schedules within the system. This role includes ensuring Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) tasks are completed and submitted for payroll, as well as managing medical orders for the agency. The Scheduling Coordinator also
participates in a weekly on-call rotation for after-hours scheduling requests and may be assigned additional duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update all staff and client schedules.
- Process all time-off requests and adjust schedules accordingly.
- Enter all schedules into the EMR system.
- Ensure clinicians clock in and out at service locations.
- Submit completed timesheets to payroll.
- Manage incoming and outgoing medical orders.
- Upload and retrieve medical orders from various provider portals
- Maintain a professional relationship with clients, field clinicians, and office staff.
- Participate in a weekly on-call rotation for after-hours scheduling requests.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience scheduling clinical staff.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capability to multitask, organize work procedures, and effectively communicate with staff.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of clinician and client staffing needs.
