Compensation:
With a competitive pay range of $70.00 - $85.00 per visit, your dedication translates directly into earnings:
- Full-Time (26-35 visits per week): $94,640 to $154,700 annually
- Part-Time (10-20 visits per week): $36,400 to $88,400 annually
Your Role as a Speech Language Pathologist:
We're seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Highlands Ranch. In this role, you'll make a real difference by assessing clients' needs, developing tailored treatment plans, and helping them improve their communication and swallowing abilities. Your work will be life-changing for the families you support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy to improve clients' daily activities.
- Educate clients and families on exercises and strategies to enhance communication and swallowing.
- Document progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure the best outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Colorado.
- Experience in home health or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in electronic medical record documentation.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Flexibility to adapt to diverse client needs.
