We are seeking an RN to join our team in the American Fork/Pleasant Grove/Orem/Provo area. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Amazing Care to the patients we serve. At Amazing Care we believe in letting compassion and quality of service lead the way!
- Provide AmazingCare to the population we serve
- Provide direct in home supervision to our CNA's
- Complete recertification and admission assessments
- Complete routine visits including but not limited to wound care, diabetic visits and infusions.
- Daily logging of clinical notes within EMR System (Kantime)
Pay:
RN - $32-$38/hr and flat rates for specific visit types
Schedule: PRN, as needing scheduling
Weekends (mornings/evenings)
- Valid Practical or Registered Nursing License within State of Utah
- CPR Certified
- 1 year of healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Valid drivers license , reliable transportation commuting to patient location
- 401k
- Paid weekly
