Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development.
- Provide attentive care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction.
- Monitor children's behavior and implement effective behavior management strategies as needed.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive daycare experience.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Qualifications

- Knowledge of infant care, toddler care, and preschool education practices.
- Strong skills in behavior management and the ability to create a supportive atmosphere for children.
- Previous experience working with students in a daycare or educational setting is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A nurturing attitude with the ability to engage children in meaningful activities.
- Relevant certifications in early childhood education or childcare are a plus.
