We seek prep cooks, part time freelancers. Ideal daytime second job. Schedule varies with level of business. start time 6-7-8am, finish time 1-2-3pm.

• Prep all food items, hot and cold.
• Cook hot items as needed.
• Work independently to complete tasks, while working as part of a team..
• Quick worker, on time, accurate, attention to detail, can do attitude, ability to work hard to get the job done.
• Friendly team player.
• Maintain food quality and customer satisfaction at its current level of excellence.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
• Responsible for daily food production
• Responsible to maintain safety and sanitation standards
• City and State Sanitation Certificates

We have a large and varied menu with lots of custom menus so no two days are the same. You have a great palate and an independent worker who works well as part of the team. You are a quick learner and take pride in your work. This is a part time position, the more flexible you are and indispensable you make yourself, the more work there will be. We are located in the west loop area near Western and Roosevelt. We strive to create a terrific work environment and treat one another with respect, understanding and always have each other's back. We require a stage to see if we are mutually a good fit and are looking to meet you right away and have you come join us for a day this week.
